When it comes to contributions in a relationship, the financial is often overvalued while the emotional is undervalued. But all five are necessary for balance. Both partners should be open to shifting that balance, respecting each other’s contributions, and adapting to the different roles we each take on.

But I’m also here for the drama 🤭

When looking at roles and responsibilities in a relationship, it breaks down into areas like:
– Emotional: holding space and validating each other
– Financial: supporting and pushing toward goals
– Mental: managing the invisible load—planning and tracking responsibilities
– Physical: cooking, errands, chores, fixing things
– Spiritual: how we’re growing together

I really enjoyed listening to Will Smith’s Audible on my drive home, which made me curious about other free audio content. I was pleasantly surprised to find this release by Jay.

I’ve enjoyed many of his interviews, especially the one with Cardi B. He’s a great listener—neutral, positive, and supportive.

It just released January 22, so I’m excited to be one of the first to leave a review. Very excite

My brother recommended this. Especially since Will reads it himself. My second audio book. And I like the way he reads it as if he was just telling a story and not reading off a page without that awkward voice

The chapter with Luke I find strange, “that is a story for another time” I think this book should’ve been her opportunity to give details and a lot is missing. There’s a good story but she’s only giving like 75% of it and it just feels like a waste

This really needs an editor or ChatGPT because there are a lot of typos. Some parts of the storyline are all over the place, too. I also don’t really like her “Reflections” at the end of each chapter—they repeat sentences from the chapters and sound almost the same. I think those sections should’ve been cut out and incorporated into the chapters instead.
