For some reason I really couldn’t get into this in audiobook format (which is rare for me) but I’ve now switched to physical and I’m very intrigued now!

This book is setting stuff up like a finale but I know there’s another one out next year???? The worldbuilding just has so much going on aaaaaaaaaaa (I love Carl)

The happier I get reading this the more I fear the fall

This is literally longer than most stormlight archive books so yes, I will be tracking fanficition on main - it’s gonna be peak I just know it - also, this was one of my finished thesis rewards so hooray for that

I want to give them all a hug (but realistically I would just be another problem on Carl’s heaping plate of things to take care of) ~~ I’ll say once again, I can’t believe I love a fictional man named /Carl/

I wonder if people who don’t read fanfiction read this and think all of the single-sentence fanfiction tropes are like, just normal stuff while im sat here like aaaa yes, the old magic

Two things:
1- good work has been done to change this story for traditional publishing but I’m sooo thankful that the 💕💖essence of fanfiction💖💕 remains because boy oh boy am I giggling and it just keeps getting better
2- I love that the fandom has so thoroughly characterized Blaise Zabini as a pansexual flirt that he is recognizable in every universe :) love him always!
