Got a little bored with story about 3/4 of the way through but enjoyed the book generally.

Week 2 starts tomorrow. Good work outs and easy to follow Meal plans

Even at twenty-two, when his diagnosis was confirmed, he was realistic. Most suffer. Everyone dies. He knew how, if not when...his time would come. Then he would let life fall gracfully from his hands.

Enjoyed the story. I was too busy to sit and read like I would have liked to though.
