This is so good but so hard to finish because my brain feels like it's at its limit for disturbing facts.

I guess I didn't know much about OpenAI as a company, but after an hour of listening to this I'm already so angry

I started this in book form but didn't finish, so I'm trying again in audio form. In general, I find stories about gifted students excelling in magic academies quite boring, so I credit Kuang's writing skills at keeping me at least halfway interested so far!

This is kind of a slog. It's never a good sign when I start speeding up the audiobook to finish it faster.

One of those rare books I'm actually listening to at 1x speed because the prose is so good
