I noticed Fiona Hills name often mentioned alongside Georgette Heyers when reading authors inspirations for their novels. I decided to finally crack open this anthology, as I love Heyer to pieces, but I wanted something new this month. I’m so glad I did! The first story - excessively diverting.

Rachel Keith is 60% done with How to Train Your Dragon (How to Train Your Dragon, #1)

This book is so fun! Perfect for 3rd - 6th graders. The drawings, storytelling, and dialog are simple but engaging. The only thing I’d keep yourself attuned to for your small reader is if they have any trouble reading different fonts. Dragonese is spoken by the dragons and it’s in very fun mythical font with back-bending letters. My 3rd grader already sailed to book 4 in two weeks and I thought I’d join along!
