Not loving it so far, it drags in and on about things that have nothing to do with designing game. I especially don't care at all for the chapters about Sam's mom, so far I don't see the point at all, I wonder if it's going to become relevant

so far this is such a disappointment.... the characters are all unlikeable, NOTHING happened until 55%, I'm ready to be done with this... hope it gets better

kind of a mature Conan, I'm really enjoying it!
I hope we soon get more information about Ron's weird ability

pretty good one, I'm not yet certain I like the DI yet, but the secondary cast of characters is quite colorful
The plot is going in different directions that are all intriguing

not liking this one at all, I don't know what I was thinking since the premise doesn't sound like my cup of tea, but I just saw it's a duology and there's no way I'm going to invest that much time in a story I don't really care for

getting back into this one since my audio version had an issue, back to where I stopped and it's quite entertaining so far!

I couldn't remember why I hadn't picked up book 2 in the series but the narration is not enjoyable at all, I will probably drop the series altogether after this one (high-pitched voice and weird cadence)

Not sure why I picked this one up since it's not a procedural but it's quite enjoyable, more that I thought it would be when I started

Toni's character is mostly annoying so far, the flashbacks to her teenage years make me want ot pull my hair out... I've read that it gets better in the 2nd part, hopefully I'm going to grind my teeth a bit less

I'm really into it but the narrator choice is weird, her voice sounds like she's at least 60 while the main character is 35, it creates a discrepancy between the character as created by the author and the character I picture in my mind

The narrator is unfortunately not working for me, it feels quite flat and not gripping at all, I'm going to move on to another book

another fast-paced story, it got me hooked right from the beginning and I really like the way it's developing

Well this one reads very young, I'd be interested to have a more adult version of the Twisted Tales series, the Diyu universe is quite interesting

Well I know that a lot of people didn't like it but so far it's quite good, maybe the audio helps

it's soooo good! I love the way the family evolves, the side characters, the plot, the pace. As usual Caine's writing is fantastic

This time I'm not surprised that the book doesn't involved Melvin Royal anymore - which unsettled me in book 3 since I thought it was a trilogy. So I'm just enjoying the ride, and what a ride! Action-packed, violent, full of shady people and a crazy plot, I'm so happy to be back to Stillhouse Lake!

Ooooh the main character is sooo annoying, who pays 200$ in overweight luggage to take jewelry and wedges to Alaska? Hope she'll have a good character growth coz I don't care for her at all

I don't know if it's the genre or the book but I'm not in love

Still very boring and I can't wait to be done with it, I'm so disappointed I think I really outgrew this series 😑🙁
