Not going to lie, it's been a challenge at times getting through this. Not least because the stuff I've been reading in recent years is more commercial and mainstream. Takes a while to revert back to active reading mode, and being patient. There's rewards to be gotten when doing so.

Bit of a slow burn, but enjoying so far.

Just couldn't get into this book.

As a self-help 'junkie' a lot of what I read isn't particularly new, or fresh. It just doesn't feel very new or original. To newbies of meditation/practical philosophy, there is probably a lot more value to be gained.
