I am considering giving up on this one. I am so bored.

The storyline is fine but the writing style basic and the characters flat.

Claire slots into castle life as though she had travelled from another village rather than 200 years in the future. The only reason we know she has time travelled is because we are told this.

Claire slots into castle life as though she has travelled from another village age rather than 200 years in the future. We are told she has time travelled but do not get to experince this.
So far everything and everyone feels flat and dull.
