So far loving that the “bad kid’s” name is Ira Bernstein??? Literally give him a nerdier, less bad boy name. LOVE.

Also, not loving the "luv" thing. Yeah, no. I get what the author was going for considering her inspiration for this story, but it's grating.

I am only about 20 pages in, but it is already bothering me that the author can't seem to decide whether the character should be called Addison or Hatta. Just pick one.

I'm halfway through this book and I still don't care about any of the characters or the plot? I wanted to give it more time, but I have three other audiobooks I'm waiting to listen to. Maybe it's not the right time for this one.

Confession: I’ve never listened to the HP audiobooks. I heard they were so good, but I didn’t want to ruin the voice in my head. But now, since I’m dying to re-read them but also don’t have as much time as I did as a teenager, I’m embarking on this re-read the audio way.

Recently realization:
I don't understand why people include a summary of the book in a book review? If I am reading your review I either a) have read the book and therefore already know what it is about or b) am thinking about reading the book in which case I can read the blurb at the top of the page (or on the book jacket). I don't need you to tell me what the book is about, just tell me if it was executed well.
