I'm giving this one 3% more to turn it around before I drop it again.

I see why I bounced off this one previously. What a horribly boring intro -- I'm sure it's supposed to be, with all the ancestry/peerage stuff, and yet, here we are. It's all delivered rather straight and there's even a "quote" from one of ancestry books included. 🫩

😭 it's gotten worse ....

😭 the second-hand social horror of this book...! It's so well-done, I don't want to keep reading. Make it stop! 😭😭😭
