AHHHHHHHH is all I can say about this book! So action-packed and exciting. The audiobook is phenomenal; the narrator really knows how to drum up excitement and she has the characters DOWN and adds so much to them with her expert line delivery. I'm a little over halfway through. This series is such a good time.

This book is SO good. I was pretty distracted by life when I started it but it just hit me today while I was reading how much I love these characters and the worldbuilding. What a treat.

Not sure what page since I’m listening to the audiobook, but I’m really enjoying so far! I think I’m on chapter ten or so. I love how entertaining these books are even tho tbh the romance is the least appealing part of all of it. I love the setting and characters but something about the romance just falls a bit flat.

I hate the lack of quotation marks. So. Much. Like, might not even keep reading because I find it so annoying and unnecessary.

After reading Six Scorched Roses and loving it (not realizing it was a standalone in a part of a series!) I picked this up and I am having a VERY good time so far.
