Sorry for all the manga updates hehe. Araki’s art style is unique and it really adds to the story. I love how it changes over the different parts of the story. This style is only shown starting in part 6 but it’s fun! Very weird story but great.

Ok now I am liking this book better. Rooney describes depression so well for both Marianne and Connell. As someone who suffers from it, I really appreciate how deeply she illustrates depression and shows the different aspects well.

Marianne's and Connell's relationship is a little tiring but I really enjoy the descriptive prose style and modern perspective of the author.

Reading this for review and learning some vocab. It is more difficult than I expected but I'm out of practice. Hopefully it will help me test into advanced Chinese this fall though. Can't believe I forgot 差不多though.
