Probably yelling into the void but ALL EDITIONS OF THE SAME TITLE; PRINT, DIGITAL, AUDIO, GO UNDER THE SAME PAGE. Read the librarian manual or ask to add a book in Discussions' Adding Books thread if you're unsure. English manga ebooks are more often than not added incorrectly. I've combined SO. EFFING. MANY and it's probably only a scratch because there's so much manga out there...
