I really like this book so far. But it’s a slow-go. May have to set it down for something fun over break!

I think I said before that this started out like a Hallmark movie. It was a classic steamy romance with a little relationship conflict, an eccentric town, and some criminals sprinkled in for fun. Not one to make you think about much (aside from the spice), but an excellent beach/pool read.

I almost threw in the towel. At first glance, this seemed like a Hallmark movie trope. But it improved!

I can't. This is my second attempt. I just cant. This is boring as hell.
