So far, so good!!

Feeling pretty good about this so far... A little jolted that chapter 4 was 1 page and chapter 5 is 110 pages. Haha.

I'm really enjoying this so far. My only problem is the writing style is making it hard for me to follow in places, but that might also be because I'm so tired.

I'm making so many connections with this book. Like, honestly, for as far as I'm into it, I've drawn connections to the American Revolution, Religions, Slave Trade, and even the current power struggle between counties of the world...

Just started this a few hours ago and I'm loving it! I wasn't quite sure because I picked it up a week ago and tried to get into it, but couldn't. I'm glad it's sitting well with me tonight!

This almost seems like something I'd write. I'm really identifying with how her thoughts work.

The beginning wasn't very enjoyable for me, but as the story is moving on, it feels better

I'm listening to this as an audio book. I feel like I'm missing some of it since parts of it are journal and parts are her actual thought, but I feel very connected to how the author chose to voice his protagonist.

For the simplicity of the writing in this, I'm really enjoying it. I love looking through Ally's eyes and trying to figure her out. She's a great character!
