It's so wild what triggers emotions.
I just saw a book cover, titled, I Found You. My body sighed and I couldn't understand why until I remembered that my character, Serenity, always says that to Dereck when searching for him during night terrors. The relief—her relief—was just mine, all over again. That was wild... Now I see why readers say my books are emotionally driven.
