This is just as good as the other Sandra Dallas books I've read. I love how she creates her characters. And of course being from Colorado, I enjoy the history of this state.

Of course so well written. However, it's horrifying what law enforcement did to these folks. Frightening. I'm reading it before I go to sleep...not always the best way to say good night. But yes, I'll finish it.

Great book. And I’m learning so much! Half way through.

Not reading any longer. Maybe another time.

The admiration I feel for Erik Larson's writing is limitless. Every time I read one of his books, I am amazed at his ability to communicate with his readers.

Poor Bertie

Another book club read. Totally different than what I normally read. Another YA. Once you can accept Johanna for what she is and why, it's an engaging read.

Just love Hiaasen! Needed a hilarious read, and no doubt this is it!

I am loving this book so far. I needed a page-turner, and this fits the bill.

Kinda on hold as other books were more compelling.

Really I don't know what page I am on because I am listening to the book. I am finding the entire report so disturbing. These professionals are doing everything possible to save their patients with so little help from the city, the state, the Feds. It was a horrendous situation. The nerve of officials to arrest and charge good and loyal health care providers.

Not really progress but noteworthy. I won this book at the US championships in Greensboro, NC, in January 2015. Happy to say The author signed the book. I know nothing about Mr. Visconti but looking forward to learning about him.

The second paragraph on the page: A successful quest for the Olympic gold....struck me as the requirements for us all to make our lives successful.

Had to take a break from this one. Hard to get my head around the atrocity of the whole thing. I will get back to it in awhile I imagine.

This whole thing is too hard for me to fathom. The audacity of Harris and Klebold is beyond belief. I don't know what is to be learned yet. Obviously not much as this kind of horror continues to this day. Excellent writing and research in my opinion.

Have put down for the moment. I am sure I will come back at some point. Needed some faction.

I am having trouble with the writing style. I just finished working my way through Caleb's Crossing with its old English style, and now I am working, literally, through the Irish brogue, poor word usage, and the ***inclusions that make no good sense. I think it is more trouble than pleasure to read this book. However, it is a book club choice so I will give it a bit more time. This may be a put-down book for me.

Saw the author tonight at the Pen and Podium series in Denver. Always fun to hear about what motivates people to write. It also enhances the joy of reading their creations.

Hard to put down already.

Light reading or not, it is just what I need! Am going through breast cancer treatment and need away from the "heavy" reading I was doing. This is a real treat.

Gullible...I can't believe this guy could pull the wool over so many people's eyes!

I am half way through the audio book. I love it. I laugh out loud. I get teary eyed. I would recommend to anyone, climber or non-climber!

I am listening to this so I don't know what page I am on. But I love it. And I love the reader. I have become an Earl Swagger fan. It is a new genre for me.
