I tried reading this book again and got to 35%, but I just can’t continue. It’s too cluttered.

Riley knows how to unfold the horror and the suspense is making me bite my nails 😬

Totally hooked on the story. The fact how it’s a compelling novel of love, sacrifice and the survival has just begun.

I have this book with me since it was released but never got my hands on it to read it. Currently I am reading. It's fourth chapter now and I really like the way Faiqa is introducing and describing the characters. My mind is hooked for Bhanngi and Shasha's next story.

It's so strange and difficult to understand what the victims families have gone through after the brutal murders of their loved ones. Especially little Georgie 😢 I heart weeps for that poor soul.

Charlie and Rain need to be more obvious with their thoughts. I love it how Matt is into Charlie and he will not give her up at all. Matt's parents are some much in my imaginations right now. I really want to see what would be Ed's reaction when Rain is going to tell him about her dreams

I am still trying to digest the characters 😑😑

I had to reread the intro twice to assimilate all the characters first.

Every little detail matters. I love how Sarmad cares for her and keeps an eye everything she does. They way they both stare at each other with saying a word. I can completely relate my experience with her. God forbid not as in the man I knew was a terrorist but he was as cherishing as Sarmad. Yet, I am so chilled at the moment, She knows she has fallen for someone who is the reason behind her brother's death...

This is my first time ever that I have read a book almost to its half in a first attempt. There's so much in this book which will keep you hooked to read more and more and you are compelled to know what is going to happen next.

I just finished reading the prologue and I'm so much touched my the incident.

You think nobody loves or care about you? There's always someone out there who wishes well and loves you unconditionally. Rider is doing the same thing. He's been so close to Mouse even Mouse is unable to let him go.

A few places are really gripping as when Mouse (Mallory) stay quiet where she actually should speak. Somebody said it right - "Silence is the loudest scream" and her scream is only heard by Rider. A few parts have given me thoughts like:
