Checked out the audiobook on 12/25, but the book was not as advertised. By this I mean that the audiobook provided on Libby through my Library was NOT this title. Will be complaining to my local library, but believe this is an Overdrive issue, or perhaps the publisher.

I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. If you loved Circe, by Madeleine Miller, I do not believe you will like this novel. I did not enjoy this book. The female characters were annoying and lame. I finished but I have to say it took me over four weeks to accomplish it.

Fantasic! I learned so much about the life and loves of Vincent Van Gogh. A sweet, tortured, kind man who loved his family deeply and was a driven painter. My appreciation for his work has quadrupled after reading this biography.
