The narrative takes a pattern similar to Mistress by Anita Nair.
The story begins with the end and the reader gets a feeling that it is being mentioned backwards - which is not true.
A good read until now. Fingers crossed.

For any one who is really excited by reading the Immortals of Meluha and looking forward to the other two - beware that these two doesn't reach the level of the first book. The Oath of Vayuputras has a lot of modern day jargon and scientific explanation that makes the reader wonder whether one is reading a science journal.

The climax was a rather unexpected one.
