Jacob is a 16 yr old rich kid brought up with his grandfathers stories of a far away island where peculiar children live inn safely. Once his granddad dies he travels to the remote island to find his granddad's stories were not made up. This is a good read. it keeps you interested without the too much fantasy. The children are not what you would call innocent and it adds to this tale. Through out the book he includ
