I am reading this book because it has an 1800s life history in it. Looks like they did a lot back then to have a meal. I wouldn’t want to do that much for a meal with taking down animals. It had to be crazy in the big woods.

I have had similar thoughts on Heaven. Its very encouraging to know that all of us can go to a land Paradise. We just need to go through the blood of JESUS. He became our mediator. What an amazing opportunity.

It appears to me that before the Pilgrims had left to come to the new world that God was setting things up for them. God found people who were willing to go on His adventure. This adventure would make this land improved for many years to come. Squanto may not have been sent just for the Pilgrims benefit but for a bigger purpose.

Very fascinating. I hear about people leaving the church today and I’ve seen it as a new thing and it must have increased because the Bible said it would happen in the Endtimes but it’s not a new thing to see people leave the church.
