The theme of the book is that the military should go back to being straight white Christian males. It reads like a Tucker Carlson monologue, and is riddled with weak, contradictory arguments

So far, this book is terrible. In an effort to better understand our current SECDEF, I wanted to listen to one of his books. The message of reforming our military for the better gets entirely lost in the poor delivery of the message.
