So I'm extremely pissed off about something at work right now and in a fuck it, kill everyone and bring on the depravity kind of mood. Hopefully this is one of his nastier, more fucked up books.

Hmmm, I wonder if the actual book ends every sentence with an apostrophe or question mark, or if that's just the narrator.

And the rating just went up one star with this quote

I can't help but wonder if this part was written by Ryan since I read,....... well, started to read both his first novel as well as his short story collection and Couldnt finish either. I admit that I'm coming Into this book skeptical that it will be as good as the first two but we will see.

OK hold up, how exactly did they skin someone alive with a golf ball? I read it twice and still dont get it. Being some backwoods hillfolk, it seems like if they wanted to skin someone they would just do it the normal way like they would with a deer or something.

Since the third book just came out I bought all 3 in print and I'm rereading the first 2, I'm a big fan of Edward Lee and this is probably my Favorite of his. Maybe house and pig where better though it's a tough choice.

I got a free audible version of this, the problem is that the audio is so low that with the. Volume on my headphones all the way up (I normally listen at half volume) I still can't here it. I have to listen in the car with the volume all the way up to hear it and even then I miss stuff.

I very very rarely (never) read this genre. I had this on my wishlist though and when the second book in the series was on sale on audible for $7 I decided to use one of my credits on the first book and buy the second. (70 hours between the two so I'm getting my money's worth) I really wish I hadn't waited so long, this book is so good I don't want to turn it off and go home at the end of the night when works out.

I don't normally buy much in print unless it's from the used book store or the sale rack at Barnes and noble, but I just made a pretty exciting purchase. I bought hard cover editions of 2 of my favorite Edward Lee novels, pig and house, and slither, plus a hardcover of o e of his I ha nt read yet, incubi. I alao bought the trade paperback of header 2.

Decided to wait on this one because I'm watching izombie on Netflix and they are so similar I get the details and stories mixed up between them.

Not a bad story but it brings nothing new to the zombie gene (so far). I planned to listen to the entire thing tonight at work but needed a break because the dialog is unbearable. ..........he said..........I said........he said.........I said...... dad said.......I said.......he said....... etc...

Bored out of my mind right now. If I wasn't such a fan of this author I would have quite by now.

Then he gos out into the hall and puts his earbuds in so he can listen to Busta kaps. I had to flip back 2 pages and make sure I read it right but yea that's what happens

Figures two of my lendle requests went through right now while I have no reading time and I'm trying to catch up on a group read and a buddy read.

The first one was good, the second one was great, the third story I couldn't get into because of the writing.

At 4% she has already realized that she is about to die within a matter of seconds three times. Other than that little annoyance it seems good.

Yesterday I said I hated this book. I want to apologize though, I was hurt and angry and I said some things I didn't mean. Very hard to put it down right now and go to bed but at noon I should not still be awake.
