This book is kinda boring and I can't tell if it's because I struggle with books and movies from the 70s or because I've never done a drug before.

Every single person in this book is dumb as a rock, but in a way that makes me feel like, with a couple bad turns here and there, I could have made the same stupid decisions they're making...

I never thought I would describe an assassination attempt victim's memoir as *annoying* but here are...

I don't think I need to read any more memoirs from wealthy New York art types.

This book feels exactly like talking with your great uncle.

You're trying to get him to recount the one crazy story about his life and he just wants to talk about all his medical appointments and which friends of his have cancer now.

First time attempting a Presidential biography and my goodness... I was an hour into the audiobook before FDR was even BORN.

Everyone who works in TV or has any interest in the history of television NEEDS to read Chapter 11 of this book. Lucille and Desi literally invented the multi-camera sitcom format still used today. Just absolutely fascinating how ahead of their time they were.

Extremely interesting subject material but still puts me to sleep 😴

This book is Downton Abbey but Koreans in NYC and I'm ingesting it about the same speed.
