The level of protection of Bardia is just… wow 😮‍💨

This is a character-centric novel as opposed to plot-centric and I’m enjoying all the characters’ presence so far 👌🏼

“Why should your heart not dance?” “Who can feel ugly when the heart meets delight?” 🪷

“I’ll make free with you. I’ve known sorrow too. I have been as you are now; I have sat and felt the hours drawn out to the length of years.

What cured me was the wars. I don’t think there’s any other cure.”

we as humans are not really so far off the retellings of gods and goddesses in mythology

i had to stop and put the book down because the kind of grief psyche was explaining in the book really resonated with me

art, poetry, music and ways of self expression will always be loved by some but persecuted by many.

i already know the impact of this book will be personally intense ♥️

I’m deep into the atmosphere when I pick up this book and I’m feeling very inspired by the gods and goddesses here

Can i just say that it’s interesting to see the POV of goddesses and how humble they are here???

The Fox is doing a good job at maintaining everyone’s faith in the Divine 🤍✨

The writing is immaculate ✨
