Halfway thru and Sadie still has no personality or solid character traits. And I’m tired of reading about Dov

Ok I’m liking it a bit more now

Not sure if this is an unpopular opinion but so far I don’t like Sadie

Why are there a bajillion characters in this I can’t keep track

So far this isn’t as boring as everyone says it is

I’ve never read extreme horror and can’t watch torture movies so idk what possessed me to read this

This is soooOOOO lucy foley vibes??? And even the authors first name is lucy too like what

I think this is exactly the kinda book I need right now

should I be wild and set my reading goal for 2023 at 100 books?? (the most I’ve read in a year is 80)

Idk if I’m just in a reading slump or what but I’m having a hard time getting invested in this

I know everyone gives this 5 stars but these chapters start out so boring and they’re so long….

So far I’ve read 3/8 stories and here’s what I rate them:
The husband stitch - 4 stars
Inventory- 2 stars (?) (I don’t remember this one and I just read it today)
Mother - 2 stars
So far this is just okay! But I know it’s a super popular short story collection so I hope I enjoy the rest of it
