I'm meditating on these sutras, a couple a week, and have done so several times before. I find that each time I go through these teachings I see and experience the things I'm working on from a slightly different perspective. My main effort for years has been to calm the emotional nature, and this meditation work really does help. I find Bailey's commentaries the best for me, the clearest and most concise.
