Loving this book so far. Plowed through the first half before bed last night, and about to finish up the second as part of Quicken Loan's "Bullet Time" project. Considering this as a must read for anyone in a software engineering role or those who have to work with/for engineers.

Reading the authors thoughts on keeping stand ups short and to the point is gold to me. So way too easy for what is supposed to be a short, concise information exchanges and blow them out into overly detailed full blown meetings. I'll be taking some of this back to work with me on Monday, for sure.

The version on my Nexus 7 is filled with digital conversion issues (like missing Spanish accent characters and borked line breakes in dialogs), so I gave up on reading this one until I can get around to buying a more, um, official copy to go along with my paperback version.
