aimee is starting The Unicorn Hunters

Impulse purchased this at the bookshop the other day, as part of my campaign to read less on screens. Experienced a moment of terror when I thought it was YA, but all is well

I'm sorry, YA continues to not be my thing. DNFing once I remember how I do my DNFs

Nice surprise in my Libby app to compensate for the DNF of the author's YA book. It's on audiobook and same narrator as The Spellshop

I reserved this at the library, then when I picked it up, realised it was YA. I'm still going to try it, with incredibly low expectations 😄

I refuse to even try to remember the naming conventions, names or anything else from the extensive glossary at the start 😄 I respect those who are into that stuff 🫡

My Queen McMaster Bujold releases a new book, I'm immediately on the app to buy it.

Happy to be back with Penric and Des, and we've gone back in time!

I will keep reading these as long as you keep writing them
