this year, i'm doing this thing where every fifth book i read is the one that's at the very end of my tbr (as in, i've had it the longest). it's time for this one and 1. god, why is it almost 500 pages, 2. i used to love hemingway but that was about 6-7 years ago, and 3. if we're to believe in gut feelings, mine is 'i hate this already', so like, I'M FUCKED.
