This is the third book I try to read by Llosa and as usual I feel bored and quit! Shall I quit reading this one or shall I go on?

so intriguing

I skipped many pages as it is the most boring book ever !!!!

up till now, I am not sure why Maya is writing her memoir?? there is lack in coherence and she failed to connect her personal events to the world around, so sometimes I fail to know how was it during the time she wrote her memoir. I think I am reading another overrated book!!!

it is really intriguing, but I feel that I am reading a novel, not a memoir!!!

Dragging myself through the pages: his narrative style is boring. Just remind me why it is considered a masterpiece????

So far, am so annoyed as she only brushes on everything, leaving me at a loss!!! This is a memoir, not a book on memoirs

Excellent , but somehow I feel that Albom was interested in Morris to write the story, not because he cared !!!

I think the intro and the first chapter are what makes the book worthy! I'am still reading though to see if the book attains what it promises

I haven't finished it, but I feel it is so overrated !!! It is mild in everything! the writer fails to pinpoint the suffering of the black, fails to make the readers identify with the characters and fails to make me see where she's heading !!!
