I am so happy to be a BDH member. Just read the opening page and I am kicking my feet in glee.

As a teenager I adored Taherah Mafi's world but when I read Believe Me I saw it being said that the series was Twilight Fanfiction and that swiched me off. (I hate Twilight).Now as I get just a few chapters in I am loving it and ready to be Mindf*cked by Taherah's genius.I have just spent 10 min looking for proof that The series is fanfiction and google says its not. Dishonor on the cow of the peeps who said it was.

Nicholas sparks remains one of my favorite authors. Purely cause he writes love stories that don't always go the way you expect.

Although he is a little repetitive in his plots he once again made me fall in love with love again.

Great book and now i love bees even more. 4 out of 5 stars for this one.

This book is a compete work of fiction. There is no biblical accuracy and only slight historical accuracy.
Not a bad story but i am very confused as to how old the biblical Ester is cause one minute she is a old woman and the next she is in her 40s.
According to the bible Hadassah and Mordecai where closer in there age gap. a grandfatherly Mordecai falling in love and marrying a young concubine sounds a creepy
