Not sure if I can finish this book. The author, although a gifted writer, is also a very preachy earth mother type. Women = good and men = bad. Some of the chapters are excellent, others are like an old crusty school teacher whacking little boys with glee. Tedious stuff, yeah I get it.
Oh, and native Americans were extremely war-like...she ignores that fact. Her stories are biased.
