Just finished The Dovekeepers by Alice Hoffman. What a beautiful read. She did a masterful job of weaving the history of the Roman invasion of Jerusalem into her usual topic of magic. I fell in love with the women's stories. Highly recommend this book!

I have completed the book. It started so slow I could barely make myself read it. However, I hung in there as was pleasantly surprised with the turn of events. I really liked the ending. Its not a must read for me but a good read.
