Focus on the present. Fighting distraction through embracing the present. Face what is important. Grow endurance in being present - listen, think, serve others, embrace my limited control of time. I am a limited man in my focus. Understanding my desire for distraction is the first step toward focus.

Troubling story of betrayal and lack of following through in tough situations. Some detail went into the neglect by many into the high profile case of Nasser the gymnastics doctor and Jerry Sandusky the Penn State coach and pedofile. Troubling.

I’m really enjoying this book. It looks at the actions taken in the 1990s during the dissolution of the Soviet Union that set the stage for some of the challenges we have today. It does a good job of discussing the Ukraine decisions (Nukes V’s NATO)
