This book is just not very good. I'll finish it, but the writing quality is just poor. I'm not engaged in the characters or the story

This just isn't very interesting, doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Just a couple of people interviewing Navajo Indians across their lands. There's been a murder, but I kinda don't understand the point of the interviews. I'm not sure I'm going to finish this. Supposed to be a great first book in a beloved series, but I don't get it.

This is slightly scalzi-ish. I like it. Funny. Irreverent. Interesting.
