The audiobook has different voices for each character. I like it so far but I've also watched the TV series twice already so this is more so a formality.

I have not read this fast in a long time. So addicting. But also, where is Coco? When characters disappear randomly, it's just suspicious!

Lou and her nonstop chatter is mildly exhausting but Reid and Ansel's reactions are 100% worth it.

I really hope the movie is as entertaining as this book. This is a really good mix between a Sarah Dessen book and a comedy movie... which might be a weird perspective because I don't think it's supposed to be comedic. But it reads a lot like a movie or show.

4 stars so far but WHEN are they going to save this poor sister she keeps being sad over

This story is actually addicting. I'd never go to sea but it's fun reading about it 🌊

I feel like so much has happened, but then again nothing because SOMETHING is coming. Still in the world-building stage

HF. I am actually appalled at the level of detail with no trigger warning. Do they not do those on psychological thrillers?!?!

Maybe I'm overly sensitive or want to live in la-la land but I don't know why we have to bring kids into books 😕 I'd like to like thrillers because I typically fly through reading them but they kind of give me the ick when there are kids involved 😮‍💨

Gahh - I know it's fantasy and I can't be so sensitive but I really hate when we bring harming children into stories.

I feel like I'm floating through this book, the way its written is so lyrical.

The more I read of this, the more I really don't want to know the ending. But it's really hard to put down!

I always feel so inspired reading books about writers... like I should be writing instead of reading 😬

It's like one big party with all these characters, except poor Kane 😰 his POVs are heartwrenching
