Reading my favorite book ever for the 3rd time. Maybe a year ago I decided that this would be the book that would christen my moving to New York City, and here I am, reading in my apartment in New York City ❤️

Oh, I am slain!

Guys I’m gonna lock in and read 11 books before 2025 ends to meet my reading goal, just you wait and see 😤🤓

I love Shakespeare. My father’s ghost appears to me telling me that my uncle killed him and took his throne and my mother as his own. I know! I will devise a stage play that is eerily similar to his murder to be performed in front of my uncle and I will closely watch his reactions for any sign of guilt.

Of course when I decide it’s time to hunker down and read this, my audiobook loan expires.

It’s impossible for Ocean Vuong to write anything less than beautiful

I am now remembering why the road was a rough read for me. Something about his writing style makes it so hard for my brain to focus. I’m determined to make a real effort tho!

Read this like a decade ago, one of the first Stephen King books I read. Reading again bc it’s finally been adapted to film. I forgot how addicting good old Stevie’s storytelling is bc I’m flying through

See all I needed was a break bc now I’m cooking

I am taking a week long hiatus on this so I can read New York books while I’m in New York and maybe reading a book about a serial killer kidnapping and skinning women is not the vibe atm. I think the only reason this has taken me so long to read is that I’ve overdosed on Hannibal Lecter content and should’ve taken a break before starting this. It is good!
