In chapter 11, Ishmael and his friends are arriving at a village where they can see their family again. On their way there, they meet Gasemu, an old friend of theirs. Right before they get to the village, it is attacked by the rebels and everyone is gone. At this stage of the book I really enjoy reading it but it is not the happiest book in the world.
