I really enjoyed the story of this fascinating brave woman. She was ahead of her time in many ways really and at a time when women didn't take initiatives or embark in anything untoward. She was a leader and a warrior at a time when these roles were nonexistent. Its no wonder so many men followed her and desired to capture her! This is an excellent book. I recommend it especially to the younger womens generation 2co

What a touching and lovely story from a lovely author as well.

This story has me contemplating packing up and heading to N.C.!

So far I'm really enjoying the stories of these honest folks' experiences. I am surprised that this many people are afraid to report or speak about it for fear of ridicule. Its really kinda sad. They all express their gratitude to the author for giving them a vehicle for expressing and sharing. ( if you're not familiar with the author he also has a popular platform and presence on you tube & other social media.

This story lives in beautiful north Carolina and tells the story of "the baddest girl" Evie Austin. She's not "throw her under-the-jail" bad or even "scary-tattoo" bad, but she's bad enough, she thinks anway, to keep her off of the good girl list. It's interesting so far. I wouldn't say it's knocking my fuzzy socks off or anything but I always love peoples "encounters" with the big guys and i appreciate the author giving others a platform to share their experiences.
