Marius Colacioiu is starting Only the Paranoid Survive: How to Exploit the Crisis Points that Challenge Every Company and Career
Quick read. Learned about how an experienced executive thinks about and analyzes disruptive changes in a industry.

Interesting going back in time to the 70s, 80s and 90s, learning about Intel’s history and competition.

The strategic inflection points, or the 10x Change forces are a good framework to think, and to use these naming when separating possible impactful events, either signal or noise.

Marius Colacioiu is starting The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable
Great book! The best I‘ve read from Leoncini. Enjoyed the Fable presented. I‘ve found it better than the Advantage, which introduces more theory, but the gist of it can be found in this book.

Marius Colacioiu is starting Practical Ways to Manage Yourself: Modern Management Made Easy, Book 1
I really enjoyed reading and learning from this book. All chapters have a Myth section which demistifies some beliefs.

All the chapters come together around a common theme: facilitating an environment where others can succeed and the importance of congruent management.

Looking forward to read the second and third books in this series.

Marius Colacioiu is starting The Four Pillars of Investing: Lessons for Building a Winning Portfolio
Simple to read and enjoyed the basics on investing. I got what I was looking for, a primer on portfolio asset allocation, plus some history and statistics on what asset classes performed best in the past.

Good education material in the history and psychology of investing. Recommended reading!
