I saw this book referenced as part of a review for a different book (which I can't recall) in an LA Times Review and it intrigued me. Written in 1945 it has great relevance to today in that the world seems to be going insane and everyone is talking, but nothing is actually being said. It's as if we live in a circus atmosphere where everything but common sense is possible. Read it if you dare!
