I didn’t continue this book. I found the writing style so disjointed.

Oh dear! Not at all what I’d hoped to read. So many stories without outcomes. Of course it is in the nature of prisoners’ lives that most would not be known but this was more of a trip round a prison with snapshots of the lives.

Not a good start: attending an unexpected birth in prison without even the simplest obstetric first line management available!!
