The fmc seems to be a mix of tropes, nerd, wounded bird, socially awkward. And there's nothing wrong with that but I feel every page is telling me that in such an obvious way that doesn't feel realistic.

The whole 'haha he was tied to the bed' and everyone laughing it off or just seeing it as a problem for the business makes me so uncomfortable. He was tricked and his nude leaked to the whole world, and something much worse could have happened. It doesn't feel like a laughing matter to me

I've only read 14% and the characters feel like have lived through at least half of rhe book. They're so rushed, it's not realistic. Less than 24hs in book time! and they can't handle it anymore!

Less not even talk about the "funny" story about Jace being molested by an old lady when he was a kid!
