I’m hating this book and its characters so much I’m having a hard time finish it.

The first 2 chapters were a bit hard to get into, but it does pay to keep at it as the story is now interesting and captivating.

Jury still out on this…

Obsessed already and fully hooked.
Tragically beautiful so far.

I’ve read less than 100 pages so far and I haven’t like a single one of them.
I already feel like reading this book will feel like pulling teeth.

It started strong, now I’m sort of slowly losing interest. I’m hoping it will pick up again.

I decided to take a leap of faith with this book, seeing as the reviews were a mix of 1s and 4s stars, with people either praising this book or slandering it, and so far I’m leaning towards the 1 star reviews.

The style is a bit weird and pacing is slow so far. Hopefully it will get better as the story progresses.

The book started strong, but now it seems like it’s unnecessary long. Too many POVs that take aways from the action and the (personally) most interesting storyline. Nicalays’ pov is particularly dull and annoying, I find myself skipping most of it.

Hopefully the story will pick up soon, because right now, 2 POVs out of 4 are a total snooze-fest.

I can only describe this book as a mess. The constant change of pov and switch from 1st to 3rd person , together with the slow pacing, makes the whole narrative a bit hard to follow. Especially if you get easily bored.
I started this book feeling quite optimistic and excited but now, I just want it to end because it’s just too slow.
