First meet up with the family book club. Much was talked about. We thoroughly and in depth discussed the allegory of the stories of Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel, and the Garden of Eden. This is an American version of those stories. There are many similarities, allusions, and themes laid out that connect from character to character.
