I love middle grade. While the story has some goofy, funny stuff going on, it doesn't go to the point of being dumb, and it has great world building and developing deeper character backgrounds. It also has some fun typographical stuff going on to represent sledding, unique sounds, etc. And it's full of illustrations. Why are there not more books like this?
