Been awhile since I dove into Charlaine Harris stories, but I found I kind of miss her writing, She is a great story teller when her heart is in it. (Still annoyed at the ending of Sookies story)

I miss Daryndas wicked sense of humour is her writing. I miss Charley but I think Sheriff Sunshine Vicram will fill the hole she left quite nicely :)

Haven't been pulled into the story yet. Seems to be a slow start, this may just be because it is the start of a new series set in a different universe from my last reading experience with Charlaine Harris.

Not feeling it with these guys this time around. May have to go back to it, to many more exciting books to read first.

I need to remember to have a charged phone while I do housework so I can get further along in this one.

Is it wrong a am more in love with Gray than John and Caleb? How you not love an entity that has no time for moral nonsense and eats demons?

Going audio again on this series. Wow, what an opening! About time we finally get to meet another Skin walker. Be interesting how that unravels.

If it wasn't audio, I think I would have stopped reading already. I'll listen a little longer. I do like the lightness of the story and humour.

This is going to be a fun story.

I recommend anyone go audio on this one. The narrator just voices Danis snark so well. Dani hasn't been one of my favourite characters up until now, but grown up Dani is a hoot. Especially when it comes to Rydan. She wants to cut off his head for having a thing for the ladies, but not sure why lol. This love/hate relationship is such a crack.

Would love to see a major cross over with Jane at some stage. Things are heating up with Occam. Concerned about Mud. Get the feeling we are going to see more of her later on.

Adrian is just grinding on my nerves. Been awhile since I picked up this series, was adrian always this annoying?
