I'm only on page 20 and I didn't want to put it down (nearly missing my doctor's appointment, yes, it's that good.) If you want something that touches your heart, if you want to be astonished by a book that is beautiful, lyrical, compelling, brave, and courageous (having to use a pseudonym because the subject matter and ending), then read it.
